By using coolgamesyo.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. CoolGamesYo is a personal website hosting free browser-based games. All games are free to play. Accounts, premium subscriptions, and multiplayer are all optional.

Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide a valid email and a display name that doesn't impersonate others or contain offensive content. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. You can request account deletion at [email protected].

Premium

Premium ($5.99/month) unlocks cosmetic perks: site-wide color customization, animated backgrounds for all Satisfying Classics, extra characters, balls & course themes for Golfee Golf, and a Founding Homie golden username & badge for first-year subscribers. Premium also helps keep the site ad-free for everyone. All games remain fully playable without Premium.

Premium features are tied to your account and are non-transferable. Attempting to circumvent premium validation or manipulate client-side code to unlock premium features is a violation of these Terms.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Stripe processes all payment information directly — we never see your card details. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case at [email protected]. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply only to new billing cycles. Stripe's terms apply to all payment processing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Disrupt games, servers, or other users' experience.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use bots or automated tools to abuse the Service.
• Harass or abuse other players in multiplayer.
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with security measures or authentication.

Some games (Golfee Golf, Masher) support online multiplayer via WebSocket connections. Be respectful. Room data exists only in server memory during active gameplay and is not stored.

Intellectual Property

All game code, artwork, and content on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may play freely but may not copy, redistribute, or sell any part of the Service without written permission.

No Warranty & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee availability or error-free operation. Games and features may be updated or removed at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed what you've paid us in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on GitHub Pages, Cloudflare, Render.com, Supabase, Stripe, Google Fonts, Google Analytics, jsDelivr, and Buttondown. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Changes, Law & Contact

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction.
